After extensive renovation to the old family property, Barcah Group is happy to confirm the completion of its Libya head offices & premises in 11 Mauritania Street, EL Keish, central Benghazi adjacent to AGOCO.
The family property had been nationalized since 1977 and had been occupied as a result of the Gaddafi era property laws that affected all of Libya. As a result, the building was in serious disrepair and needing extensive renovation internally as well as externally.
Today the property now has created a Head Office for the Group, several large covered warehouses, a Ideal Standard showroom and housing in addition to a substantial area left for future development.
